Liked what you've seen so far and decided to join us?? This is the place to be.
Here you can download our current membership form - and you'll find membership payments here.
The membership form is on this page, so you can download it as a PDF, or as a word document. Then you need only complete it and email (or post) it back to us and make your payment via the above page.
Once we have confirmation that both are received, we'll then send you your membership card through the post (and if you've never been a member before, e-mail or post you a copy of our new member info).
If you don't hear from us in a couple of weeks confirming membership, email conquestlh@yahoo.co.uk, or message us on facebook.
If you want more information before taking the plunge, just email us with your questions and we'll be happy to explain stuff. conquestlh@yahoo.co.uk
And of course, you can also still join in the old skool way, and come along to a show and talk to us in person.

A little additional information
Please make sure you complete all the 'delete as appropriate' parts of the form. It's fine if you don't want to be added to our mailing lists and things, but we do need to know either way.
On completing the section on disabilities, etc, please remember to write 'N/A' or equivalent if you have nothing relevant to add, so we're clear we don't need to make any adjustments.
If you're joining as part of a family membership, and that includes kids, please remember that we do still need a separate membership form for every individual member of the family, including children. And for children, we will need the parent / guardian signature to be completed. Sorry, we realise it's a pain to fill out multiple forms, but it's an insurance requirement.
